11 more properties in Lunigiana |
 Another lot of eleven properties for sale in Lunigiana area has been added to our database. They are mostly in Mulazzo/Pontremoli area and quite "traditionally-made": mostly stone-built rusticos which need renovation but are unbelievably cheap (even under 30,000 Euro), but also some interesting ready-to-live-in houses in medieval hamlets, quite affordable as well and perfect for holiday homes.

 It has been a while since we're getting more and more visitors coming to our site through MSN Search. The popular Microsoft powered search seems to provide different results from Google and other search engines, giving more importance to "what's relevant" rather than "what's popular". This is undoubtedly a really wonderful news for ItalySimply and other NEW websites who apparently will take ages or will never rank as well in Google, for example, because they are either new or don't have enough "famous" inbound links. We currently appear on the first page of MSN search for keywords like "italian properties for sale" or "buy a house Italy", an achievement which we'll probably achieve in maybe years or never in Google.
The weird thing is that we personally didn't do anything special to rank on MSN, while on the other hand we struggled hardly to get better placement in Google, achieving nothing special, really.
For once, Microsoft seems to have done something good to new websites and to ItalySimply, weird, but true.
