Our Property Search Engine has been recently updated mainly to solve a number of bugs which arised when the site was moved to our new server, mainly due to the different version of PHP and of the database. (Amonst) Everything should be working fine by now, and we are sorry for the inconvenience.
The bugs fixed in this version 1.1 are:
- Enquiry/Contact form not easily reachable from the first page. [fixed]
- Houses in "Cote d'Azur" not correctly browsable using the "Directory" feature. [fixed]

- Case-sensitive search. [fixed]
9 Properties have been added to our Property Section. They are mostly located in Liguria, in particular Sarzana/La Spezia area, and they are all near to Lunigiana and the Cinque Terre.
This time we are pleased to offer a nice selection of villas not too far from the sea which could be suitable for people looking for a nice and comfortable home, completely habitable and with all amenities.
10 properties have been added to our property database, they are located in Lunigiana and are mostly habitable flats, independent houses, and some really nice prestigious villas.
Our ItalySimply Property Search has been updated and it's officially out of testing period. Version 1.0 features a new color scheme, a faster and cleaner easy-to-use tabbed interface and also - as requested by our users - the new "Minimum Price" filter, to make your property search easier. As usual, feedbacks are always more than welcome, so if for example you'd like a new feature to be implemented or you found a potential bug/malfunction, feel free to
