15 new properties have been added to our Property Section. They are all very traditional houses, nothing "brand new", but some old, characterful properties ranging from cheap rustico to the luxury villa. Two prestigious properties have been added: a really wonderful XVII century villa with 40,000 sqm of park and pool, and another wonderful manor with some extremely valuable statues. Both properties are currently featured on the site's home page.

ItalySimply advertising more than 200 houses |

As of June 09 2005, ItalySimply is advertising more than 200 houses for various estate agents all over Italy, but mainly in Tuscany and Liguria regions. Just a few months ago we just reached the 100-houses threshold and now we doubled that amount! We'll continue adding properties and keep our listings updated whenever houses are sold, of course. 12 Properties have been added to our Property Section. These houses are rusticos and flats in Lunigiana, some really interesting smallholding in Lunigiana and Liguria, and a couple of houses in Umbria.

 As you could notice, the overall site design has been modified. This time we decided to use a fixed width template, so that the site can be view at 800x600 screen resolution in a more suitable way. "Fixed width" means that the main part of the page is not resized when the screen resolution changes: with the past template(s), our users viewing the site at 800x600 found out that the text and the whole interface was "too big".
I hope everyone is happy with this new template, codenamed "Shamrox Fixed", which is also slightly faster to load.Write Comment (0 Comments) |
